FamilyTreeDNA My Origins results
When I first tested with Ancestry nearly a year ago, FamilyTree DNA (let's call them FTDNA to shorten it) was taking raw data test results from other testing companies, including Ancestry, but not the most recent Ancestry results. Finally, this year, I was able to upload my results to FTDNA and then I paid a bit more to get access to my ethnicity breakdown, plus a few more capabilities.
Anyway, just thought it'd be fun to compare my Ancestry results to FTDNA. Not going to go over all the reasons for the differences, but I'm leaning towards the FTDNA being a little more accurate. Of course, I'd have to prove all of my lines back to the home country (and earlier).
